Dr. Noreen Kamal, PEng PhD (she/her/hers)
Project Lead & Principal Investigator
Dr. Noreen Kamal is an Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Dalhousie University. She is passionate about improving the representation of women in engineering as well as other equity-deserving groups. As a visibly racialized woman, she draws on her experiences to develop programming that will improve diversity in Engineering.

DEbby Esho, b.Eng EIT (she/her/hers)
Project Coordinator
Debby Esho received her Bachelor of Engineering from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Dalhousie University in May 2024. Born in Nigeria and having lived in Calgary and Oman, Debby brings a diverse perspective to her work. She is dedicated to advocating for representation within engineering and is passionate about engaging with young minds to inspire the next generation.
